摘要
目的:观察精准化运动处方联合松静睡眠诱导在脑梗死恢复期睡眠障碍患者中的应用。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的脑梗死恢复期睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照单双号法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予松静睡眠诱导,观察组在对照组基础上加以精准化运动处方干预,比较2组干预前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]、失眠程度[失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)]、神经功能[神经功能缺失量表(NIHSS)]差异。结果:2组PSQI各项评分及总分、NIHSS评分及ISI评分在干预后相较于干预前明显降低(P<0.05),比较2组间评分及总分,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精准化运动处方联合松静睡眠诱导可有效改善脑梗死恢复期睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量,减轻患者失眠程度,提高其神经功能。
Objective:To observe the application of precise exercise prescription combined with relaxing sleep induction in patients with sleep disorder during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sleep disorder in convalescence of cerebral infarction were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given relaxing sleep induction,while the observation group was given precise exercise prescription intervention on the basis of the control group.The differences of sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)],insomnia degree[Insomnia Severity Index Scale(ISI)]and neurological function[Neurological Disability Scale(NIHSS)]between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:The scores and total scores of PSQI,NIHSS and ISI in the two groups were significantly lower after intervention than before intervention(P<0.05).Comparing the scores and total scores between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precise exercise prescription combined with relaxing sleep induction can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with sleep disorder in the recovery period of cerebral infarction,reduce the degree of insomnia and improve the neurological function of patients.
