摘要
为了准确地分析螺旋桨脉动压力对船体总振动的影响,提出一种新型加载方法。首先以船级社的振动指南为基础,介绍脉动压力的构成部分,根据Holden分布,在已有模型试验报告的情况下,解析获得空泡引起的脉动压力;提出一种在较宽的振动频率范围内,基于空泡压力和非空泡压力组合施加的新型脉动压力方法。针对某型集装箱船,建立全船三维有限元模型,分别采用常规方法和新型施加方法进行加载,分析一阶脉动压力引起的振动响应。对比常规加载方法和新方法的区别,结果表明本方法在振动预报趋势上和常规做法一致,在数值上更具有合理性。
In order to accurately analyze the influence of propeller-induced pressure on ship hull vibration,a new load-ing method was proposed.Firstly,based on the vibration guidelines of the Classification Society,the components of the pres-sure fluctuations are introduced.According to the Holden distribution and the ship model cavitation test report,the pulsating pressure caused by cavitation is obtained.A new pulsating pressure method based on the combination of cavitation pressure and non-cavitation pressure is proposed in a wide range of vibration frequency.A three-dimensional finite element model of a container ship is established.The vibration response caused by first-order pulsation pressure was analyzed by using the conventional method and the new pulsation method respectively.The difference between the conventional loading method and the new method is compared.The results show that the proposed method is consistent with the conventional method in vibration prediction trend,but more reasonable in numerical value.
