摘要
针对我国设计建造的第1艘双层火车甲板滚装船的关键节点结构特点进行对比分析,在没有相应船级社规范及指南的情况下,进行了波浪载荷及经验公式船体梁载荷对比,确定了波浪载荷计算适用于该船型;对比汽车船、集装箱船规范进行火车车厢载荷设计及选取,确定了集装箱载荷更适用于该船型设计;抗横摇载荷新型非对称立柱结构的设计及对比,降低应力22%;大跨距上建结构的设计对比,降低应力15%;尾跳板基座的设计,为后续火车滚装船的设计提供了依据。
Compare and analysis the structure of first double cargo deck rail car carrier built in China without rule.Compare the wave loads and rule formula of ship to ensure the hull girder loads.Compare the container ship and roro ship to ensure the container loads are suitable to rail car carrier.Design of anti-roll asymmetric pillars to reduce Von-mises stress by 22%.Design of large span superstructure to reduce stress by 15%.Design of rail way basement,provide a basis for sub-sequent ship design.
