摘要
数字孪生技术自诞生以来,广泛应用于工程建设领域。美国率先将数字孪生技术应用于航天飞行器维修保障领域,并在此基础上持续探索其技术潜力,尝试融入海军武器装备建设数字化转型之中。系统梳理了工业领域数字孪生技术的概念内涵和发展历程,结合近年来国外舰艇装备领域数字孪生技术的应用现状与发展构想,分析了数字孪生技术在舰艇装备设计建造、维修、升级改造等方面的应用前景,并探讨了其在应用中面临的挑战等。
Digital twin Technology has been widely used in the field of engineering construction since its birth.The United States took the lead in applying digital twin technology to the field of aerospace vehicle maintenance and support,and continued to explore its technological potential on this basis,trying to integrate into the digital transformation of naval weapons and equipment construction.This paper systematically reviews he conceptual connotation and development history of digital twin in the industrial filed,combines the application situation and development concept of digital twin technology in the field of foreign warship equipment in recent years,analyzes the application prospects of digital twin technology in the design,construction,maintenance,upgrading and transformation of naval ship equipment,and discusses the challenges faced in its application.
