摘要
渔业作为农业农村产业经济的重要组成部分,在保障食物供给、优化产业结构和助力乡村振兴中发挥了重要作用。淡水养殖业在中国渔业产业结构中占据重要地位,在提供优质蛋白的同时,维持生态平衡,振兴产业经济。在乡村振兴背景下,中国淡水养殖业逐步从过去依靠生产要素转向依靠科技创新,并取得了一系列显著成效,但仍存在着部分养殖模式不够环保、水产种业卡脖子、数字化应用水平较低、产业结构不合理等问题。基于中国淡水养殖业发展的现状,提出了推进健康养殖、构建良种体系、发展智慧渔业和推进产业融合发展等发展对策建议,以期更好地促进水养殖业全面发展,助力乡村振兴。
As an important component of the agriculture and rural economy,fishery has played an important role in ensuring food supply,optimizing industrial structure and promoting rural revitalization.Freshwater aquaculture occupies an important position in the fishery industrial structure of China,maintaining ecological balance and revitalizing industrial economy while providing high-quality protein.Under the background of rural revitalization,China’s freshwater aquaculture industry has gradually shifted from relying on production factors to relying on scientific and technological innovation,and has achieved a series of remarkable results,but there are still some problems such as some aquaculture models are still not environmentally friendly,the aquaculture seed industry is challenged by technical bottlenecks,the digital application level is low,and the industrial structure is unreasonable.Based on the current situation of freshwater aquaculture development in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development strategies of promoting healthy aquaculture,constructing improved seed system,developing smart fishery,and promoting industrial integration development,so as to better promote the comprehensive development of freshwater aquaculture industry and help rural revitalization.
