新消费业态下海水养殖产品流通效率影响因素研究——以珠海市为例

Study on the circulation efficiency of mariculture products underthe new consumption pattern in Zhuhai City

新消费业态下提升海水养殖产品的流通效率是实现渔业高质量发展的应有之义。以珠海市为例,通过实地调研、收集资料分析影响海水养殖产品流通效率的因素,并利用德尔菲法筛选出影响流通效率的指标,使用层次分析法计算各评价指标的权重值,综合评价各项指标对流通效率的影响程度。结果表明,以电商平台为核心的流通渠道显著提升了海水养殖产品的流通效率。研究结果可为珠海市提升海水养殖产品的流通效率,完善发展水产品流通渠道提供一定的政策启示。

Improving the circulation efficiency of mariculture products under the new consumption pattern is essential for achieving high-quality development of fisheries.This article takes Zhuhai City as an example to analyze the factors affecting the circulation efficiency of mariculture products through on-site research and data collection.Delphi method is used to screen out the indicators affecting the circulation efficiency,and analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight values of each evaluation indicator to comprehensively evaluate the impact of each indicator on the circulation efficiency.The results indicate that the circulation channel centered on e-commerce platforms has significantly improved the circulation efficiency of mariculture products.This study provides certain policy implications for improving the circulation efficiency of mariculture products and developing the circulation channels of aquatic products in Zhuhai.
