雪地靴防寒性能测试中4种封口材料的比较

摘要 雪地靴防寒性测试中封口材料对其测试结果影响较大,对比闭孔橡塑海绵、半刚性聚合物发泡材料、耐高/低温硅胶发泡材料以及精梳棉这4种常用封口材料的测试效果,选取最合适的材料以确保测试结果的稳定性和重现性。结果表明,无论是从保温性能、成本合理性,还是从供应稳定性和环境友好性考虑,精梳棉都是最优的选择。 The sealing material used in the cold resistance performance testing of snow boots significantly impacts the test results.The test effects of four commonly used sealing materials:closed-cell rubber sponge,semi-rigid polymer foam material,high/low-temperature resistant silicone foam material,and combed cotton,are compared.The aim is to select the most suitable material to ensure the stability and reproducibility of the test results.The results indicate that considering thermal insulation performance,cost-effectiveness,supply stability,and environmental friendliness,combed cotton is the optimal choice.
