融入人文关怀理念的高职护理专业用药护理教学改革实践

Practice of Medication Nursing Teaching Reform in Nursing Major of Higher Vocational Education by Integrating the Concept of Humanistic Care

摘要 重新设计和优化高职护理专业用药护理的教学内容、教学模式和考核方案,提升高职护理专业学生的人文关怀能力。结果表明,融入人文关怀理念的高职护理专业用药护理的教学改革能明显提升高职护生的人文关怀能力以及教师的人文关怀能力和信息化素养,提升了教学效果。 To redesign and optimize the teaching content,teaching model and assessment scheme of medication nursing in nursing major of higher vocational education,and to improve higher vocational nursing students'humanistic care ability.The results showed that the teaching reform of medication nursing in nursing major of higher vocational education could significantly improve higher vocational nursing students'humanistic care ability,as well as teachers'humanistic care ability and informatization quality,and enhance the teaching effect by integrating the concept of humanistic care.
