思维导图案例教学法在内科护理临床实践中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨思维导图案例教学法在内科护理临床实践中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月在首都医科大学宣武医院内科实习的学生作为对照组,2022年7月—2023年6月在首都医科大学宣武医院内科实习的学生作为观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用思维导图案例教学法,出科前比较两组学生自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、临床综合能力及满意度。结果教学后两组自主学习能力评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后观察组学生评判性思维能力总分、寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力和求知欲维度得分高于对照组及本组教学前(P<0.05);观察组学生动态考核评分、综合考核、理论考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图案例教学法在内科护理临床实践中可提高学生自主学习能力、评判性思维能力及临床综合能力,提升学生综合素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind map case-based learning method in clinical practice of medical nursing.Methods Students who interned in the internal medicine department of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and students who interned in the internal medicine department of Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received the traditional teaching method,while the observation group received mind map case-based learning method.Before graduation,the two groups of students were compared in terms of self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,clinical comprehensive ability and satisfaction.Results The difference in self-taught ability scores between the two groups after teaching was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of critical thinking ability,truth seeking ability,open thinking ability,analytical ability,systematic ability,and thirst for knowledge dimensions of students in observation group after teaching were higher than those in control group after teaching(P<0.05).The dynamic assessment scores,comprehensive assessment scores,and theoretical assessment scores of students in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind map case-based learning method can improve students'self-taught ability,critical thinking ability,and clinical comprehensive ability in clinical practice of medical nursing,and enhance students'comprehensive quality.
