摘要
目的 分析基于职业技能竞赛的高职院校“双师型”教师专业发展现状,为提出基于职业技能竞赛的高职院校“双师型”教师专业发展策略提供参考。方法 通过文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等从学校和教师两个层面调查了解基于职业技能竞赛的高职院校“双师型”教师专业发展中专业道德、专业知识、专业能力及自我专业发展意识的成效与存在的问题及原因。结果 在学校层面,把职业技能竞赛作为教师培养的重要平台、“双师型”教师认定的重要条件和考核指标、骨干教师选拔的重要条件,其得分均高于3分;而作为教师职称晋升和岗位晋升的重要条件、检验教师专业发展的重要平台,其得分均在2.4分以上。在教师层面,职业技能竞赛对专业道德、专业知识、专业能力和自我专业发展的促进作用,其得分均在2.6分以上。结论 高职院校借助职业技能竞赛平台推动“双师型”教师专业发展还需进一步加强,借助此平台可以促进高职院校“双师型”教师的专业发展。
Objective To analyze the status of the professional development of"dual quality"teachers in higher vocational colleges based on vocational skills competition,and provide reference for proposing professional development strategies for"dual quality"teachers in higher vocational colleges based on vocational skills competition.Methods Investigated the effectiveness,problems,and reasons of professional ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability,and self-professional development awareness of"dual quality"teachers in higher vocational colleges based on vocational skills competition from both the school and teacher through methods include literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview.Results When it comes to college,vocational skills competition was regarded as an important platform for teachers training,an important condition and assessment indicator for the recognition of"dual quality"teachers,and an important condition for the selection of backbone teachers,with scores higher than 3 score.As an important condition for promoting teachers'professional titles and positions,and an important platform for testing teachers'professional development,their scores are all above 2.4 score.When it comes to teachers,vocational skills competition has a promoting effect on professional ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability,and self-professional development,with scores above 2.6 score.Conclusion Higher vocational colleges need to further strengthen the role of vocational skills competition platform to promote the professional development of"dual quality"teachers.With the help of this platform,the professional development of"dual quality"teachers in higher vocational colleges can be promoted.
