乡村振兴背景下四川省民族地区居民康复认知及需求研究

Study on the Rehabilitation Cognition and Needs of Residents in Ethnic Area of Sichuan Province in the Context of Rural Revitalization

在乡村振兴战略背景下,分析民族地区居民康复认知和需求,为民族地区康复人才的培养提供参考。对四川民族地区居民康复认知现状和需求进行调研,结果显示,民族地区居民对康复有一定的认识,但了解途径较少,只有21.11%的居民接受过康复治疗,康复手段以传统康复为主;民族地区居民对当地的康复设施设备、康复诊疗环境、康复服务能力有很大的提升需求,对理疗、运动训练、传统康复需求较高。建议加强民族地区康复机构建设和康复人才输入,因地制宜开展康复宣传;高职院校要引导学生到民族地区就业,根据民族地区居民的常见病种和不同人群的多样化需求,有针对性地制订民族地区人才培养方案和课程标准,加强学生物理因子治疗、运动康复技术、中国传统康复技术等专业康复技能训练,提升学生根据民族地区居民特点开展康复科普的能力,为民族地区培养“下得去、留得住、干得好”的康复人才。

Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,we analyzed the rehabilitation cognition and needs of the residents in ethnic area to provide reference for the cultivation of rehabilitation personnel in ethnic area.The research on the cognition status and needs of rehabilitation of the residents of ethnic area in Sichuan,the results show that the residents of ethnic area have a certain degree of cognition of rehabilitation,but the way of learning is relatively poor,only 21.11% of the residents have received rehabilitation treatment,and the means of rehabilitation is based on the traditional rehabilitation,the residents of ethnic area have a great need to improve the local rehabilitation facilities and equipments,the rehabilitation treatment environment,and the capacity of the rehabilitation service,and have a higher need for physical therapy,sports training,and traditional rehabilitation. It is recommended to strengthen the construction of rehabilitation institutions and the import of rehabilitation personnel in ethnic area,and carry out rehabilitation publicity according to local conditions.Higher vocational colleges should guide the students to be employed in ethnic area,formulate the training program and course standards for personnel in ethnic area according to the common diseases of the residents in ethnic area and the diversified needs of different groups of people,strengthen the students' skills training in professional rehabilitation,such as physical factor therapy,sports rehabilitation technology and Chinese traditional rehabilitation technology,and improve the students' abilities to carry out rehabilitation popularization according to the characteristics of the residents in ethnic area,and cultivate rehabilitation personnel who are "able to go,stay and work well" for the ethnic area.
