新时代,习近平坚持、继承和创新性地发展毛泽东文化思想。习近平文化思想进一步强调了文化建设必须坚持党对文化建设的全面领导和以马克思主义为指导;在坚持“古为今用”基本原则的基础上创新提出“两创”理念和“第二个结合”的重大论断;更加重视和努力坚持“双百”方针和“二为”方向相统一,提出以人民为中心的工作导向、创作导向,进而实现三者相统一;更加高度重视斗争精神在文化领域的意识形态斗争中的作用,旗帜鲜明地强调“敢于斗争、善于斗争”;在坚持“洋为中用”基本原则的基础上提出了“推动中外文明交流互鉴”的重大主张,积极推动中华文化更好走向世界,为人类文明更好更快地发展作出了更多重大贡献。
