制造业与物流业联动各方在信息协同中的演化博弈分析

摘要 制造业与物流业联动过程中的信息协同决定了联动中各环节的运作效率,是保障两业联动稳定高效运作的重要手段。本文分析了制造业与物流业联动各方在信息协同过程中的竞合关系及各节点企业在自身产业内和产业间进行信息协同策略选择的动态演化过程,通过数值仿真考察了各博弈主体的策略选择及关键参数变化对演化结果的影响。分析结果表明,无论是在产业间还是在自身所在产业内,制造业与物流业联动各方是否选择“信息协同”策略,既取决于信息协同成本、信息吸收利用能力等企业自身能力因素,也取决于协同信息数量、信息质量和信息强度等因素。基于此,本文从提升企业自身的信息协同能力和构建良好的信息协同环境两方面提出相关对策建议,以提高两业联动信息协同效率,实现信息共享的信任与安全,进而提高制造业与物流业的联动效率。 The information collaboration between the linkage of manufacturing industry and logistics industry determines the operation efficiency of each link.It is an important means to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the linkage between the two industries.This paper analyzes the competition and cooperation relationship and the dynamic evolution process of information collaborative strategy selection between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry.The numerical simulation verifies and analzes the coopetition evolution results with the different key parameters.The analysis results show that the chooses of“information collaboration”strategy of each participant depends on the enterprise's own ability factors such as information collaboration cost,information absorption and utilization ability,and also depends on the quantity,information quality and information intensity of collaborative information.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects:improving the information coordination ability of enterprises and improving information collaborative environment through emerging information technology,so as to enhance the information coordination efficiency of the two industries,realize the trust and security of information sharing,and then improve the linkage efficiency of manufacturing industry and logistics industry.
