基于技术研究组合体架构的现代产业学院研究

Modern Industrial Colleges with the Organizational Structure of Technology Research Consortium

以台州支柱产业之一的模具产业升级为背景,基于新型举国体制的地方化理念,在浙江省“活力温台”、台州市“职教高地”政策支持下,探索以技术研究组合体为架构的现代产业学院,发挥高校有组织应用科研服务社会的功能。结果表明,地方高等院校能够通过产学研合作,发挥公共研究机构的调节机能,对产业领域的关键共性技术实施集智攻关,补齐单靠市场自由竞争难以解决高难度共性技术研发的短板,服务地方产业升级。

Under the background of the upgrading of the mold industry which is one of the pillar industries in Taizhou,based on the localized new national system,supported by the policies of“Vibrant Wen-Tai”and“Vocational Education Highland”formulated by Zhejiang Province and Taizhou City,we explored the modern industrial colleges with the organizational structure of Technology Research Consortium,and gave play to the university function of serving the community through organized application research.The results show that local colleges and universities can play the role of regulatory function of public research institutions through industry-university-research cooperation,tackling the common technologies,making up for the shortcomings of market mechanism,and promoting local industrial upgrading.
