基于学生学业画像的高校精准思政研究

Research on Targeted Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Students’Academic Portraits

高等教育进入普及化阶段,基于学生学业画像开展精准思政凸显其必要性和优势。文章从学习态度、行为规律性、学习勤奋性、环境因素、身心状态五个方面设计学生的学业画像标签,并提出针对不同思政场景下学生学业画像的算法选择,使教育者能够精准捕捉学生个体特征、及时掌握学生学习动态、预测学生学业趋势,以此精准把握学生的个体需求,准确把握育人时机,及时开展学业预警,达到精准开展学业帮扶的精准思政目的。基于学生学业画像开展精准思政,还需要理性看待数据以防范技术依赖、科学使用数据以提高精准思政能力。

As higher education enters the stage of popularization,the necessity and advantages of carrying out targeted ideological and political education based on students’academic portraits are highlighted.This paper designs the labels of students’academic portraits from the five aspects of learning attitude,behavioral regularity,learning diligence,environmental factors,and physical and mental state,and proposes the selection of algorithms for students’academic portraits in different ideological and political scenarios,so that educators can accurately capture the characteristics of individual students,grasp students’learning dynamics in a timely manner,and predict students’academic trends,so as to accurately grasp students’individual needs,accurately grasp the opportunity of educating people,and timely carry out academic warnings and targeted academic assistance.Carrying out targeted ideological and political education based on students’academic portraits also requires a rational view of data to prevent technology dependence and scientific use of data to improve the capabilities of targeted ideological and political education.
