空气中依托咪酯和芬太尼的采集和检测

摘要 目的 探究并初步建立空气中依托咪酯和芬太尼的采样、预处理和检测方法。通过探究空气中毒品成分的来源特征标记物,初步阐明空气依托咪酯和中芬太尼的来源特征。方法 通过鼓泡吸收和截停滤膜采集空气颗粒物(PM)采集室内燃吸烟气中的依托咪酯和芬太尼;通过甲醇萃取PM中的依托咪酯和芬太尼;通过GC-MS定性检测吸收液和萃取液中的依托咪酯、芬太尼及其燃吸来源标记物(尼古丁);通过UPLC-MS/MS对吸收液和PM萃取液中依托咪酯和芬太尼进行定量,推算了室内PM态依托咪酯和芬太尼的含量。结果 室内燃吸烟气中PM态依托咪酯含量约为750.70 ng/m^(3),芬太尼含量约为399.07 ng/m^(3)。结论 实验条件下,PM采集法的采样效率高于烟气吸收法。尼古丁可作为PM中依托咪酯和芬太尼的燃吸来源标记物。实验为空气PM中毒品来源特征分析提供了新实践案例。 Objective To explore and establish preliminary methods for sampling,pretreatment,and detection of airborne etomidate and fentanyl.By finding and selecting source-marking molecules of illicit drugs,preliminarily elucidated the source characteristics of airborne etomidate and fentanyl.Methods Etomidate and fentanyl-containing flue gas have been produced via simulated smoking,while the flue gas has been collected through bubbling absorption or filter membrane;The collected PM have been extracted by ethanol for gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis of etomidate,fentanyl and marking molecules(nicotine).Additionally,ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)have been implemented to quantify concentration of etomidate and fentanyl in PM extraction solution for estimating content of airborne PM-containing etomidate and fentanyl.Results The estimated content of indoor PM-containing etomidate generated from smoking is 750.70 ng/m^(3),and the estimated content of indoor PM-containing fentanyl is 399.07 ng/m^(3).Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,the sampling efficiency of PM filtration is higher than that of flue-gas blubbing absorption.Nicotine can serve as a marker for the smoking or thermalinhaling sources of PM-containing etomidate and fentanyl.The present research provides a new practical case for analyzing the source characteristics of airborne PM-containing illicit drugs.
