甘薯渣高效利用的研究现状与进展

摘要 甘薯渣作为甘薯淀粉加工过程中的主要副产物,其主要成分为残留淀粉、膳食纤维等。随着甘薯淀粉加工产业的集聚化发展,薯渣高效综合利用的问题也成为了行业持续发展的难题。现有处理方式无法对甘薯渣进行高效利用,不仅造成资源浪费,还严重污染环境。通过概述甘薯渣的组成与组分,重点阐述甘薯渣在动物饲料、膳食纤维、果胶、食用菌培养基、燃料乙醇和其他利用方面的研究应用现状。针对甘薯渣原料的预处理能力、功能性成分提取及其特医食品的研究与应用、高效处理甘薯渣专用设备研发和高附加值精深产品开发4个方面存在的问题进行论述,并提出科学可行的建议。最后就如何更好地利用甘薯渣进行展望和总结,以期为甘薯渣的高效综合利用提供必要的理论依据。 Sweet potato residue,as the main by-product of sweet potato starch processing,mainly consists of residual starch,dietary fiber,etc.With the cluster development of sweet potato starch processing industry,the problem of efficient and comprehensive utilization of potato residue has become a problem for the sustainable development of the industry.The existing treatment methods can't make efficient use of sweet potato residue,which causes waste of resources,but also seriously pollutes the environment.The paper summarized the composition and components of sweet potato residue,and focused on the research and application of sweet potato residue in animal feed,dietary fiber,pectin,edible fungus culture medium,fuel ethanol and other aspects.For the pretreatment capacity of sweet potato dregs,study and application of functional components extraction and special medical food,research and development of special equipment for efficient treatment of sweet potato residue and the development of high value-added and sophisticated,the problems in four aspects were discussed and put forward scientific and feasible suggestions.Finally,how to make better use of sweet potato residue was prospected and summarized,in order to provide necessary theoretical basis for efficient and comprehensive utilization of sweet potato residue.
