基于“双创”驱动下食品类专业人才培养模式研究——以重庆三峡学院为例

摘要 “双创”型人才的培养已成为党与国家赋予高等教育的重要使命。高校创新人才培养模式是培养“双创”型人才的关键,从食品类专业创新、创业教育方面存在的问题,“双创”驱动下食品类专业人才培养模式研究整体思路及改革措施等3个方面对重庆三峡学院的食品类专业人才培养模式改革进行了探讨,旨在交流和推广人才培养模式的优点,为食品行业、区域经济发展和建设创新型国家培养更多的“双创”型人才。 The cultivation of Double Innovation talents has become an important mission entrusted to higher education by the Party and the state.The cultivation mode of innovative talents in universities is the key to cultivating Double Innovation talents.This article explored the reform of the cultivation mode of food specialty talents in Chongqing Three Gorges University from three aspects:the problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in food specialty,the overall thinking and reform measures of the research on the cultivation mode of food specialty talents driven by Double Innovation,and aimed to exchange and promote the advantages of this talent cultivation mode and cultivate more Double Innovation talents for the food industry,regional economic development,and the construction of an innovative country.
