普洱市拟建机场关键气象要素特征分析

摘要 【目的】航空气象条件分析是机场工程建设可行性研究必不可少的前提条件。【方法】依据民航机场选址相关气象规定和要求,结合实际需求,以普洱思茅迁建机场为例,利用竜竜坝场址2011-2023年气象站观测资料,从年、季节、月、日变化等多个时间角度分析了风(风向、风速)、能见度、云(云量、云状、云高)、雷暴、冰雹、气温、降水等关键气象要素特征,探讨了竜竜坝场址不利气象条件和有利气象条件。【结果】竜竜坝场址在风、云、能见度、雾、冰雹、气温等方面较有利于机场建设,雷暴方面较不利于机场建设,降水方面有利条件和不利条件兼具,但可采取多种措施减小不利气象条件带来的影响。【结论】竜竜坝场址建设机场的有利气象条件明显多于不利气象条件。 The analysis of aviation meteorological conditions is an essential prerequisite for the feasibility study of airport engineering construction.Based on the meteorological regulations and requirements related to civil aviation airport site selection,and combined with actual needs,taking the relocation of Pu'er Simao Airport as an example,we use the meteorological observation data of the Longlongba site from 2011 to 2023 and analyze key meteorological elements of wind(direction,speed),visibility,cloud(cloudage,type,height),thunderstorm,hail,temperature and precipitation from various time perspectives such as annual,seasonal,monthly,and daily variations.Moreover,the favorable and unfavorable meteorological conditions of the Longlongba site are discussed.The results denote that the Longlongba site is more favorable for airport construction in terms of wind,cloud,visibility,fog,hail and temperature,but is less favorable due to thunderstorms.As for precipitation,there are both favorable and unfavorable conditions.However,multiple measures can be taken to reduce the impact of unfavorable meteorological conditions.Overall,the favorable meteorological conditions for constructing an airport at the Longlongba site significantly outweigh the unfavorable conditions.
