基于个性化变权的期刊特色评价方法——变权因子分析评价

Journal Characteristics Evaluation Method Based on Individualized Variable Weights--Variable Weight Factor Analysis and Evaluation

期刊特色是学术期刊的生命力和竞争优势所在,但目前基于期刊特色的评价体系较为缺乏。文章在分析期刊特色的形成机制基础上,以林学期刊为例,基于因子分析法筛选出公共因子,并对期刊影响力、时效性进行变权,提出一种新的基于变权函数的期刊特色评价方法对评价结果进行后续分析。研究结果表明:内在创新和外在表现是期刊特色的重要表现;基于变权思想的评价有利于期刊特色的培育;期刊质量、影响力和时效性应成为重要的期刊特色;基于因子分析提取公共因子或基于一级指标更加有利于特色期刊变权评价;基于特色指标变权的评价总体上会提高原有打分,有助于对特色期刊的评价。

Journal characteristics are the vitality and competitive advantage of academic journals,but the current evaluation system based on journal characteristics is lacking.Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of journal characteristics,this paper takes forestry journals as an example,selects the public factors based on factor analysis,and changes the weight of the journal’s influence and timeliness,proposes a new journal characteristic evaluation method based on variable weight function,and finally conducts follow-up analysis on the evaluation results.The research results are shown as below:Internal innovation and external performance are important manifestations of journal characteristics.The evaluation based on the idea of variable weight is conducive to the cultivation of journal characteristics.Journal quality,influence and timeliness should become impor⁃tant journal characteristics.Extracting common factors based on factor analysis or first-level index is more conducive to variable weight evaluation of characteristic journals.The evaluation based on the characteristic index variable weight will increase the scores on the whole,which is beneficial to the evaluation of characteristic journals.
