为什么报考强基计划?——基于知乎平台的网络民族志研究

摘要 充分了解强基计划考生的报考动机,有助于评估生源群体质量,更好地培养拔尖创新人才。本研究采用网络民族志研究方法,分析知乎平台上考生关于强基计划的问答和留言,归纳出目的主导型、价值主导型、情绪主导型和习惯主导型四种主要动机类型。尽管部分动机呈现出利己的特点,与强基计划的国家本位有差异,但教育选择是一个动态过程,以特定利益为目标的报考动机可能随着时间和教育环境的变化而转变。为进一步提升强基计划的选拔质量,建议从制度层面着手,挖掘目的主导型考生的专业兴趣,保护价值主导型考生的向学之心,向情绪主导型考生传播正确的政策价值,为习惯主导型考生提供职业规划指导。 A comprehensive understanding of candidates'motivations for applying to the Strengthening Basic Disciplines Program can help assess the quality of the candidate pool and effectively cultivate top-notch innovative talents.This study adopts a web ethnography method to analyze candidates'responses and comments about the program on the Zhihu platform,identifying four primary application motivations:purpose driven,value-driven,emotion-driven,and habit-driven.Although certain application motivations may exhibit self-interest traits that conflict with the national objectives of the program,it is important to recognize that educational choices are dynamic and motivations based on personal interests may evolve as the educational landscape shifts.In order to further enhance the selection quality of the Strengthening Basic Disciplines Program,it is recommended that institutional reforms be implemented to identify and nurture professional interests in purpose-driven candidates,safeguard the aspirations of value-driven candidates,disseminate appropriate policy values to emotion-driven candidates and provide career planning guidance for habit-driven candidates.
