摘要
牛磺酸作为一种半必需氨基酸,能够提升水产动物的抗氧化和免疫能力,促进水产动物的生长,增强其繁殖性能。近年来,在低蛋白饲料的开发中发现,饲料中添加牛磺酸可以弥补由某些必需氨基酸和功能性氨基酸缺乏而引起的一些不利影响,有助于提高水产动物对外界环境的适应能力,增强机体抗病能力,从而增加经济效益。文章介绍了牛磺酸的基本性质、分布情况、体内合成途径以及生理功能,并对其在水产动物抗氧化能力、脂质代谢、生长和繁殖性能方面的作用进行了总结,为牛磺酸在水产养殖领域的广泛应用提供参考。
Taurine,as a semi-essential amino acid,can enhance the antioxidant and immune capacity of aquatic animals,promote the growth of aquatic animals,and enhance their reproductive performance.In recent years,the addition of taurine in low-protein feed has been considered an effective approach to mitigate the adverse effects caused by deficiency of certain essential and functional amino acids.Such supplementation not only aids in improving the adaptability of aquatic animals to external environments but also enhances their disease resistance,thereby enhancing aquaculture efficiency and yield.The article introduces the basic properties,distribution,biosynthesis pathways,and physiological functions of taurine.It summarizes the role of taurine in the antioxidant capacity,lipid metabolism,growth,and reproductive performance of aquatic animals,aiming to provide a reference for the extensive application of taurine in the field of aquaculture,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.
