摘要
针对井工煤矿存在“信息孤岛”、管理模式落后、信息接口不统一,以及井下生产区域在采集数据不完整、传输延迟与丢包、分析结果可靠性低等突出问题,神华新街能源有限责任公司(以下简称“新街能源”)规划设计了智能一体化管控平台,介绍了该平台的总体架构,详细阐述了多源数据采集优化、源数据高效传输、多源数据智能分析3项关键技术。通过在新街能源现场试验结果表明,该平台将有助于井工煤矿实现生产、安全、调度、经营的业务一体化管理和数据融合,提升煤矿安全生产运营管控水平,为煤矿安全生产、经营决策、降本增效提供辅助决策支持。
In view of the problems of"information island",outdated management mode,non-unified information interface in underground coal mines,and the incomplete data collection,data transmission delay and packet loss,low analysis results reliability in underground production area,Shenhua Xinjie Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Xinjie Energy")had planned and designed an intelligent integrated control platform.The overall architecture of the platform was introduced,and three key technologies were elaborated in detail,including the optimization of multi-source data collection,efficient transmission of source data,and intelligent analysis of multi-source data.The site experimental results at the Xinjie Energy showed that the platform helped underground Coal Mine achieve integrated management and data fusion of production,safety,scheduling and operation,improve the level of coal mine safety production and operation control,and provide auxiliary decision support for coal mine safety production,business decision-making,cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
