内壁涂层钢质油气管道流体压降损失仿真研究

摘要 采用流体仿真软件对压力管道内壁环氧涂层和无涂层钢制管道进行流体计算研究,对比半经验公式流体计算结果,研究在不同粗糙度下的管道介质流动特性。结果表明:流体计算与仿真计算两种方法得到的管段压降损失和节能效率基本一致,为环氧涂层的优异节能性能表现提供可靠依据。通过流体仿真计算,可直观地获取流体在管道中的流动状态和规律,全面掌握压力管道介质流场分布、流体特性、涂层影响、管道性能等信息,可对内壁涂层钢质压力管道的流体流动进行深入分析和优化,为实际应用中的管道运行提供重要的支持和指导。 Fluid simulation software was used to study the fluid calculation of epoxy coated and uncoated steel pipes on the inner wall of pressure pipes.Compared with the fluid calculation results of semi-empirical formula,the flow characteristics of pipe media under different roughness were studied.The results showed that:the pressure drop loss and energy saving efficiency obtained by fluid calculation and simulation are basically the same,which provides a reliable basis for the excellent energy saving performance of epoxy coating.Through the fluid simulation calculation,the flow state and law of the fluid in the pipeline can be intuitively obtained,and the media flow field distribution,fluid characteristics,coating influence,pipeline performance and other information of the pressure pipeline can be comprehensively mastered.The fluid flow of the inner coated steel pressure pipeline can be deeply analyzed and optimized,providing important support and guidance for the pipeline operation in practical applications.
