在工业生产过程中,自动化仪表发挥着至关重要的作用,可帮助企业提高生产效率,保证产品质量,保障生产安全。随着工业4.0时代的开启和人工智能技术的驱动发展,新时代对自动化仪表提出了更高的要求。在工业生产过程中,自动化仪表可能会发生设备故障、数据不准、通信故障、安全和维护等问题。由于自动化仪表的多样性和复杂性,现场作业人员可能无法及时解决故障问题,如依赖仪表技术专家现场响应处理,可能会对工业生产过程产生极大的危害。本文提出了一种基于云平台的工业自动化仪表管理系统,它可以实时采集故障数据信息,对其进行分析、处理与初步诊断,并上传至云平台。通过云平台传送给技术专家,结合初步的的诊断结果确定故障及实施解决方案,实现工业自动化仪表的快速、高效、智能的远程运维,为各行业的工业生产过程提供全生命周期的安全保障。该平台的研发,对保障我国工业4.0的稳定发展具有非常积极的意义。

In the process of industrial production,automation instrumentation plays a vital role.It can help enterprises to improve production efficiency,ensure product quality and production safety.With the opening of the Industry 4.0 era and the driving development of artificial intelligence technology,automated instrumentation is being put to higher demands.During industrial production,automated instrumentation may suffer from equipment failures,inaccurate data,communication failures,safety and maintenance issues.Due to the diversity and complexity of automated instrumentation,field operators may not be able to resolve malfunctioning issues in a timely manner and rely on instrumentation technologists to respond on-site to deal with them.This can be extremely harmful to industrial processes.Therefore,this paper proposes an industrial automation instrument management system based on cloud platform.It can collect fault data information in real time,analysis,process and initially diagnose it,upload it to the cloud platform,transmit it to the technical experts through the cloud platform,and determine the faults and implement solutions with the preliminary diagnosis results,so as to achieve rapid,efficient and intelligent remote operation and maintenance of industrial automation instruments.This provides full life-cycle security for industrial production processes in various industries,and has a very positive significance in guaranteeing the stable development of China’s Industry 4.0.
