浙江省新能源汽车产业链韧性的测度研究

摘要 从抵抗能力、恢复能力、演变能力3个层面构建浙江省新能源汽车产业链韧性测度指标体系,并基于动态组合赋权—TOPSIS方法建立了新能源汽车产业链韧性测量模型。在此基础上,运用上市公司的数据用于衡量2013~2022年浙江省新能源汽车产业链的韧性水平。结果表明:浙江省新能源汽车产业链韧性处于瓶颈阶段,为增强浙江省新能源汽车产业链韧性,提出了提高企业总资产、营业收入、净利润等相关对策。 A resilience measurement index system for the new energy vehicle industry chain in Zhejiang Province was constructed from three levels:resistance,recovery,and evolution.A resilience measurement model for the new energy vehicle industry chain was established based on the dynamic combination weighting TOPSIS method.On this basis,data from listed companies are used to measure the resilience level of the new energy vehicle industry chain in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022.The results indicate that the resilience of the new energy vehicle industry chain in Zhejiang Province is in a bottleneck stage.In order to enhance the resilience of the new energy vehicle industry chain in Zhejiang Province,relevant measures have been proposed to increase the total assets,operating income,net profit,and other related factors of enterprises.
