摘要
本文以大口径长距离顶管施工作为研究目的,探讨了顶管施工技术的特点及优势,分析了复杂地质条件对大口径长距离顶管施工的影响,并通过理论分析与工程实践相结合的方法,研究了顶管掘进机头的选型与适应性、注浆减阻技术、中继间的设置与顶进姿态控制、测量与纠偏技术等关键技术。结合具体工程案例,本文验证了所提技术的有效性和可行性,为复杂地质条件下大口径长距离顶管施工提供了科学依据和技术支持,为类似工程提供了宝贵的参考经验。
This article takes large-diameter long-distance pipe jacking construction as the research purpose,explores the characteristics and advantages of pipe jacking construction technology,analyzes the impact of complex geological conditions on large-diameter long-distance pipe jacking construction,and studies key technologies such as the selection and adaptability of pipe jacking excavation heads,grouting drag reduction technology,relay setting and jacking posture control,measurement and correction technology through a combination of theoretical analysis and engineering practice.Based on specific engineering cases,this article verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed technology,providing scientific basis and technical support for large-diameter long-distance pipe jacking construction under complex geological conditions,and offering valuable reference experience for similar projects.
