摘要
城市道路沥青路面施工质量关系到城市行车的安全性和舒适性。目前沥青路面摊铺施工主要依靠人工驾驶摊铺机进行摊铺、压路机进行碾压施工,受限于沥青路面施工作业、夜间施工以及驾驶员本身的技术与经验,摊铺、压实质量波动较大。采用先进无人化摊铺碾压技术可以有效避免压实质量不稳定的问题,同时可以提高沥青路面施工作业效率,减少人工资源投入,提升经济效益。
The quality of asphalt pavement construction for urban roads is crucial to the safety and comfort of urban driving.Currently,asphalt pavement laying primarily relies on manually operated pavers for laying and rollers for compaction.Due to the constraints of asphalt paving operations,night-time construction,and the variability in the skills and experience of operators,the quality of paving and compaction can be quite variable.The adoption of advanced unmanned paving and compaction technologies can effectively mitigate issues related to inconsistent compaction quality,while also enhancing the efficiency of asphalt pavement construction,reducing labor resource investment,and improving economic benefits.
