摘要
学生实践能力养成已成为新工科背景下食品智能加工技术专业人才培养的关键。通过教学实际和岗位需求分析,将信息技术与“海洋食品加工技术”课程教学深度融合,探索构建基于超星学习通和虚拟仿真实验平台的“产教融合+虚实结合+线上线下”有机结合的混合式智慧教学模式。以期推动提升数字化转型背景下和新工科背景下食品类专业教学质量,实现实景链和虚拟链有机衔接、常规教学模式与“互联网+”教学模式的融合共享,从而保障人才培养质量,深化产教融合。
The cultivation of students'practical abilities has become the key to cultivating talents in the field of food intelligent processing technology under the background of new engineering disciplines.Through the analysis of teaching practice and job requirements,we wouldl deeply integrate information technology with the teaching of the course Marine Food Processing Technology,and explored the construction of a hybrid intelligent teaching mode based on the combination of“industry education integration+virtual reality integration+online and offline”based on Superstar Learning Link and virtual simulation experimental platform.In order to promote the improvement of teaching quality in food related majors under the background of digital transformation and new engineering disciplines,realized the organic connection between the real chain and the virtual chain,and the integration and sharing of the conventional teaching mode and the“Internet+”teaching mode,so as to ensure the quality of talent training and deepen the integration of industry and education.
