摘要
金正泰露天煤矿原开采工艺为单斗—卡车工艺,由于传统的掘进机从掘进深度和煤岩混杂方面存在很大缺陷,导致了边帮压覆煤浪费问题。基于此,本文针对该露天矿6、9号煤层边帮压煤,设计采用边帮压煤联采机对各采硐进行掘进落煤,同时配套装载运转系统进行煤炭运输。根据边帮稳定性参数和煤层赋存状况,对所采煤层硐室、支撑煤柱及永久性保护煤柱等回采参数进行计算设计,经计算6号煤层采硐宽度确定为3.3 m,煤柱宽度确定为3.5 m,9号煤层采硐宽度确定为3.3 m,煤柱宽度确定为4.1 m;每隔10个采硐留设一个永久煤柱,其宽度根据支撑煤柱宽度确定为8.2 m;实践证明,采用边帮压煤联采工艺开采后,煤炭资源采出率由57.7%提升至62.3%,提高资源回收率4.6%,延长了矿井服务年限,具有很高的应用推广价值。
The original mining process of Jinzhengtai open-pit coal mine was a single bucket truck process.Due to the significant defects of traditional excavation machines in terms of excavation depth and coal rock mixing,it has led to the problem of waste of overlying coal on the edge.Therefore,this article focuses on the coal pressure on the sides of the No.6,No.9 coal seams in the open-pit mine.A combined mining machine is designed to excavate and drop coal in each mining tunnel,while supporting a loading and operation system for coal transportation.Based on the stability parameters of the edge and the occurrence status of the coal seam,the mining parameters of the coal seam chamber,supporting coal pillars,and permanent protective coal pillars were calculated and designed.After calculation,the width of the mining chamber in the No.6 coal seam was determined to be 3.3m,the width of the coal pillar was determined to be 3.5m,the width of the mining chamber in the No.9 coal seam was determined to be 3.3m,and the width of the coal pillar was determined to be 4.1m;Leave a permanent coal pillar every 10 mining tunnels,with a width of 8.2m determined based on the width of the supporting coal pillar;After adopting the combined mining process of edge pressing coal,the coal resource extraction rate has been increased from 57.7%to 62.3%,the resource recovery rate has been increased by 4.6%,This has extended the service life of the mine and has high application and promotion value.
