浅埋厚软煤层首采区开拓方案设计

摘要 近年来伴随煤炭行业经济回暖,煤矿采区设计成为煤炭企业的关键技术之一,采区设计即企业通过合理规划采区范围与煤柱大小,并按设计要求布置工作面、巷道及硐室对煤炭资源进行安全绿色智能开采。本文针对五举煤矿厚软煤层首采区巷道及硐室位置进行精密设计,并对首采面矿压监测与矿井生产能力及服务年限进行设计,本矿共含3层可采煤层,共布置30个工作面,并对应工作面及煤层进行布置井底车场、带式输送机暗斜井、回风暗斜井与井下暗斜井,最终设计生产能力为300万t/a,设计服务年限为14.2 a。 In recent years,with the economic recovery of the coal industry,the design of coal mining area has become one of the key technologies of coal enterprises.The design of coal mining area means that enterprises can rationally plan the scope of mining area and the size of coal pillars,and arrange the working face,roadway and chamber according to the design requirements for safe and green intelligent mining of coal resources.In this paper,the layout of roadway and chamber in the first mining area of thick and soft coal seam in Wuju Coal Mine is precisely designed,and the economic evaluation of the design content is carried out.There are a total of 3 layers of mineable coal seams,and a total of 30 working faces are arranged,and corresponding to the working face and coal seam,the bottom turning yard,belt conveyor dark slope,return air dark slope and underground dark slope are arranged.The final design production capacity is 3 million t/a,and the design service life is 14.2a.
