摘要
在应用型人才培养视角下,高校色彩教学应扩展教学内容,优化教学流程和方法,实现色彩教学创新。但从目前高校色彩教学实际情况来看,无论是从教学内容还是教学方法,均与应用型人才培养要求不符。为了培养优质的应用型人才,本文在应用型人才培养视角下,首先分析了高校色彩教学创新的重要意义;其次,分析当前高校色彩教学存在的不足,主要包括教学内容单一、教学方法陈旧、评价体系不完善以及师资力量不足;最后,针对以上不足制定针对性创新策略,以期推动高校色彩教学创新发展,并培养出优质的应用型人才。
From the perspective of applied talent cultivation,color teaching in colleges and universities should expand teaching content,optimize teaching processes and methods,and achieve innovation in color teaching.However,judging from the current situation of color teaching in colleges and universities,both the teaching content and teaching methods are not in line with the requirements of cultivating applied talents.In order to cultivate high-quality applied talents,this article first analyzes the significance of innovation in color teaching in universities from the perspective of applied talent cultivation;Secondly,analyze the deficiencies in current color teaching in colleges and universities,mainly including single teaching content,outdated teaching methods,imperfect evaluation system,and insufficient teacher resources;Finally,we should develop targeted innovation strategies to address the above shortcomings,in order to promote the innovative development of color teaching in universities and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
