鱼源性抗炎肽的种类及其作用机制研究进展

摘要 炎症是引起人类各种疾病的重要危险因素。抗炎肽具有抑制和防止炎症发生的作用。鱼肉作为人类重要的优质蛋白质来源,含有较多的功能性成分。为了充分发掘鱼体中活性肽类物质,文章对近10年来国内外有关鱼源性抗炎肽的研究进展进行了比较分析,发现鱼体中已证实含有抗结肠炎肽、抗关节炎肽、抗肾炎肽、抗皮肤炎肽等50多种鱼源性抗炎肽,这些抗炎肽多在金枪鱼、鲑鱼、鲟鱼、鲈鱼、鳕鱼等鱼体中分离纯化制备。在作用机制方面,研究发现鱼源性抗炎肽的作用主要是通过抑制主转录因子(核因子-κB)、促炎细胞因子、白细胞介素-6、环氧合酶2和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路的水平来表达,进而实现抗炎效果。总之,鱼源性抗炎肽的种类及其作用机制还需更广泛深入地研究和探索。 Inflammation is an important risk factor for various human diseases.Anti-inflammatory peptides have the function of inhibiting and preventing inflammation.Fish,as one of the important high-quality protein sources for humans,contains many functional components.In order to fully explore the active peptide substances in fish bodies,this article compares and analyzes the research progress of fish derived anti-inflammatory peptides at home and abroad in the past decade.It has been found that more than 50 types of fish derived anti-inflammatory peptides in fish bodies,including anti-colitis peptides,antiarthritis peptides,anti-nephritis peptides,and anti-dermatitis peptides.These anti-inflammatory peptides have been isolated and purified from tuna,salmon,sturgeon,bass,cod and other fish bodies.In terms of the mechanism of action of anti-inflammatory peptides,researches have found that the action of fish derived anti-inflammatory peptides are mainly achieved by inhibiting the main transcription factor(nuclear factor-κB),pro-inflammatory cytokines,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),cyclooxygenase-2(COX2),and mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPK)pathway are expressed to achieve anti-inflammatory effects.In summary,more extensive and in-depth research and exploration are needed on the types and mechanisms of fish derived anti-inflammatory peptides.
