“双碳”战略目标下矿山企业减排增汇路径分析

摘要 矿业作为碳排放量高的行业之一,对实现我国碳达峰和碳中和的“双碳”战略目标具有重大意义。探索高效的降碳减污、减排增汇措施是矿业发展急需破解的关键难题。本文从矿山生命周期碳排管理、资源高效利用、生态修复治理、员工意识提升四个路径剖析矿山企业的“双碳”目标实现制度规划、技术方法和工程实践。研究结果表明,通过矿山生命周期碳排放管理、矿山新建和扩建项目总体布局规划、矿山防洪系统和水资源利用规划、生态环境修复、节能减排措施以及提高回收利用率等一系列创新而实用的措施的实施,可以有效降低碳排放强度。该项成果为矿企降碳减污及控制碳排放强度提供借鉴。 As one of the industries with high carbon emission,mining industry is of great significance to the realization of China’s dual carbon strategic goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Exploring efficient control measures to reduce carbon and pollution,emission reduction and carbon sink increasement is a key issue that mining companies need to solve.A mining company has carried out lots of technical research and practical engineering projects in four aspects of mine life cycle carbon emission management,efficient resource utilization,ecological restoration and governance,and employee awareness enhancement.The findings of this study indicate that implementing a range of innovative and practical strategies,such as CO2 emission management throughout the Life of Mine,layout planning for new and expanded mining projects,mine flood control systems,efficient water resource utilization,ecological restoration efforts,energy conservation,and enhanced resource recovery rates,can significantly decrease CO2 emission intensity and ultimately lead to a reduction in overall CO2 emissions.This paper can provide reference for promoting carbon reduction and pollution reduction and carbon emission intensity control of mining enterprises.
