摘要
露天矿山是5G技术在工业领域应用的主要场景之一,电铲远程操控、矿卡自动驾驶等5G融合创新方案正逐步得到推广应用。由于采矿作业装备的移动性以及矿山地形复杂多变,智能化应用对通信网络的实时性和可靠性有很高要求,对5G网络的精准规划和优化提出了挑战。本文以推进攀钢矿业露天矿山5G远程采矿技术智能化应用研究为背景,针对5G关键技术Massive MIMO及波束赋形做了场景化分析,根据金属露天矿山采面地形条件和生产作业特点,设计了立体覆盖波束场景的计算与选择方法,并在朱兰铁矿5G专网得到应用,实践证明应用立体覆盖波束的5G网络能够灵活适配露天采面复杂地形并满足业务需求,有效保障5G远程采矿智能化应用的达产达效和本质安全。
Open-pit mines are one of the main scenarios for 5G technology application in the industrial field.Innovative 5G convergence solutions such as remote control of electric shovels and self-driving of mine cards are gradually applied.Due to the mobility of mining equipment and the complexity and changeability of mine terrain,intelligent applications have high requirements on real-time and reliability of communication networks,and pose challenges to accurate planning and optimization of 5G networks.Based on the background of promoting the intelligent application of 5G remote mining technology in open-pit mine of Panzhihua Steel,this paper analyzes the 5G key technologies Massive MIMO and beamforming.According to the topographical conditions and production operation characteristics of metal open-pit mine,the calculation and selection method of the 3D coverage beam scenario is designed and applied in the 5G private network of Zhulan Iron Mine.The practice proves that the 5G network using the 3D coverage pattern can flexibly adapt to the complex terrain of open-pit mining face and meet service requirements,effectively ensuring the production,effectiveness and intrinsic safety of 5G remote mining intelligent applications.
