基于穿层钻孔的工作面地质构造透明化技术

摘要 以制约煤矿智能开采的关键性因素地质构造为研究对象,以己_(15-17)-11110为工程背景,结合底抽巷道穿层瓦斯钻孔灾害治理工程,采用钻孔窥视、钻孔轨迹测量、孔内地球物理多参数测井、孔内煤岩界面识别等技术,综合查明工作面煤层厚度、煤层顶底板起伏、断层、褶曲等地质构造特征;并采用数字化技术、三维地质建模软件实现该工作面地质构造三维展示。研究结果表明:地质构造类型有断层、滑脱构造、褶皱、挠褶带,其与厚煤带瓦斯富集、断层带瓦斯涌出、过断层及其破碎带的冒顶,半煤岩采、掘工作面瓦斯及煤尘爆炸等隐蔽致灾因素相关;预测的地质构造、煤层厚度、煤层顶底板起伏形态与回采揭露基本吻合,优化后的工程方案消除了瓦斯抽采盲区,为过地质构造区灾害防治提供了依据,保障了该工作面的安全、高效、绿色、智能开采。本文研究成果可指导煤矿井下采掘工程部署,为煤矿安全、高效、智能化开采提供透明化地质保障技术。 Taking the geological structure of the key factors restricting intelligent mining of coal mine as the research object,and the engineering background of intelligent mining_(15-17)-11110 as the engineering background.Combined with the drilling disaster control project of the bottom pumping roadway through the layer gas,the geological structural characteristics such as drilling peeping,drilling trajectory measurement,intrahole geophysical multi-parameter logging,and in-hole coal-rock interface identification are used to comprehensively identify the thickness of the coal seam on the working surface,the undulating of the top and bottom plates of the coal seam,faults,folds and other geological structural characteristics.And the use of digital technology,VOX-3D software to achieve the threedimensional display of the working surface geological structure.The results show that the types of geological structures include faults,slip-off structures,folds and flex folds,which are related to hidden disaster causes such as gas enrichment in thick coal belts,gas gushing out of fault belts,roofing of faults and their fracture zones,semi-coal rock mining,excavation surface gas and coal dust explosions.The predicted geological structure,coal seam thickness,and undulating form of the top and bottom plate of the coal seam are basically consistent with the recovery and recovery disclosure,and the optimized engineering scheme eliminates the blind spot of gas extraction,provides a basis for disaster prevention and control in the geological structure area,and ensures the safe,efficient,green and intelligent mining of the working surface.The research results can guide the deployment of underground mining projects in coal mines,and provide transparent geological support technologies for safe,efficient and intelligent mining in coal mines.
