摘要
在分析龙王沟煤矿61612工作面主运特厚煤层大断面顺槽地质和生产条件的基础上,研究其支护要点,根据地质条件和支护要点,提出快速掘进配套原则,选取快速掘进设备。采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法,对多种支护方案进行比较,提出配套的锚杆锚索支护设计和施工方案。井下试验表明,采用快速掘进设备和配套的快速支护设计,实现了快速掘进支护,大幅提高掘进速度。矿压监测结果表明,特厚煤层大断面顺槽支护效果很好。
Based on the analysis of the geology and production conditions of the large section roadway of extra thick coal seam in Longwanggou Coal mine,the key points of supporting of the large section roadway of extra thick coal seam are analyzed.According to the geological conditions and the key points of supporting,the supporting principle of fast drifting is put forward,and the equipment of fast drifting is selected.By means of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,a variety of supportings are compared,and the best supporting design and construction scheme for the transportation roadway of 61612 working face is put forward.The underground application shows that the fast drifting equipment and the supporting design and construction scheme cooperate well to realize the fast drifting and supporting greatly improve the drifting speed.The result of monitoring shows that the supporting effect of large section roadway in extra thick coal seam is very good.
