基于IBM SPSS统计分析的相似材料配比试验研究

摘要 相似材料模拟试验是岩土工程中常用的研究方法,而相似材料的选择及配比一直是相似材料试验研究中很重要的一部分。为确定矿山相似材料模拟试验中常用相似材料河砂、石膏、大白粉的配比,采用正交设计4因素5水平试验方法,选取骨胶比(骨料/胶结物)、胶结物比例(石膏/大白粉)、水灰比(水/灰料)、风干天数四个影响因素作为研究对象,制作25组共75个胶结相似材料标准试件,进行单轴压缩试验,利用极差法和IBM SPSS软件分析各因素对试件密度和单轴抗压强度敏感性。结果表明:胶结相似材料的密度和单轴抗压强度受骨胶比的影响最为显著;胶结物比例与胶结相似材料的密度和单轴抗压强度关系不明显;水灰比对胶结相似材料单轴抗压强度影响较小,但对胶结相似材料密度影响明显;风干天数对胶结相似模拟材料密度影响较小,但对胶结相似材料单轴抗压强度影响尤为显著。此外,针对同组试件密度分布不均匀问题,提出单个试件装料前称量的制作方法,减小同组试件间的差异。研究结果为矿山相似材料模拟试验设计提供参考。 Similar material simulation test is a common research method in geotechnical engineering,and the selection and ratio of similar materials are always an important part of similar material test research.In order to determine the ratio of similar materials such as river sand,gypsum and large white powder commonly used in the simulation test of similar materials in mines,the orthogonal design 4-factor and 5-level test method is adopted,and four influencing factors including bone glue ratio(aggregate/cement),cement ratio(gypsum/large white powder),water-cement ratio(water/ash)and air drying days are selected as the research objects.A total of 25 groups of 75 standard specimens of similar cementing materials are made and uniaxial compression tests are carried out.The sensitivity of each factor to the density and uniaxial compressive strength of specimens is analyzed by using range method and IBM SPSS software.The results show that the density and uniaxial compressive strength of similar cementing materials are most significantly affected by the ratio of bone glue.There is no obvious relationship between the proportion of cement and the density and uniaxial compressive strength of similar materials.The water-cement ratio has little effect on uniaxial compressive strength of similar materials,but has obvious effect on density of similar materials.The air drying days have little effect on the density of similar cementing materials,but the uniaxial compressive strength of similar cementing materials is particularly significant.In addition,to solve the problem of uneven density distribution of specimens in the same group,a method of weighing individual specimens before loading is proposed to reduce the difference between specimens in the same group.The research results can provide reference for the simulation test design of similar materials in mines.
