摘要
江西某铜矿伴生金银含量分别为0.10 g/t、3.45 g/t,具有一定的综合利用价值。研究结果表明,在捕收剂为丁铵黑药,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占75%,浮选时间为5 min的条件下,对Cu、Au、Ag的综合回收指标较好。在条件试验的基础上进行了闭路试验,获得了Cu、Au、Ag品位分别为8.57%、1.63 g/t、83.6 g/t的铜精矿,相对于原矿回收率分别为4.93%、5.03%、4.64%。
The associated gold and silver contents of a copper mine in Jiangxi Province are 0.10 g/t and 3.45 g/t respectively,which has certain comprehensive utilization value.The results show that the comprehensive recovery index of Cu,Au and Ag is better when the collector is ammonium butyl black powder,the grinding fineness is−0.074 mm accounting for 75%,and the flotation time is 5 min.On the basis of the condition test,the closed-circuit test is carried out,and the copper concentrate with Cu,Au and Ag grades of 8.57%,1.63 g/t and 83.6 g/t are obtained,with recoveries of 4.93%,5.03%and 4.64%relative to the raw ore,respectively.
