摘要
随着经济、社会的快速发展,大量残余抗生素进入各类水体并逐渐累积,对水环境造成重大影响。我国水环境中都有一定程度抗生素污染。光合自养的微藻是水生态系统中的重要生产力,且对水环境的变化十分敏感。因此,深入研究抗生素污染对微藻的影响及其作用机制是科学评估其生态风险的基础。通过归纳我国部分主要水体抗生素污染的现状,阐述了抗生素污染对微藻的影响,并从兴奋效应和抑制作用两个方面分析其主要机制,对影响抗生素作用效果的非生物因素也进行了总结,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。
With the rapid development of economy and society,a large amount of residual antibiotics enter various water bodies and gradually accumulate,causing great impacts on the water environment.The problem of antibiotic pollution in China′s water environment exists to a certain extent.Photosynthetic autotrophic microalgae is important productivity in aquatic ecosystem and is highly sensitive to changes in the water environment.Therefore,in-depth study of the impact of antibiotic pollution on microalgae and its action mechanism is the basis for scientifically evaluating its ecological risks.In this paper,status of antibiotic pollution in some major water bodies in China was summarized,the impact of antibiotic pollution on microalgae was elaborated,and its main mechanisms were analyzed from both hormesis and inhibition.It also summarized the non-biological factors that affected the effectiveness of antibiotics,so as to provide a reference for future related research.
