新工科背景下职业院校装配钳工实训教学改革探索

摘要 通过分析装配钳工在智能制造中的应用现状,探讨了在新工科背景下传统装配钳工实训教学改革的必要性和可行性。首先从传统装配钳工的发展、复杂装配钳工的工作内容及需要掌握新技术等方面进行详细分析,进而探讨合理运用工业机器人、机器视觉、力控、人工智能、物联网等技术实现智能装配,有效降低重复的体力劳动、恶劣环境对人体的损害,人工效率低、安全隐患等诸多问题,智能装配过程的有效数据,进一步促进装配工艺流程的优化,周而复始的工业数据,促使工艺流程更加科学合理。最后,提出传统装配钳工实训教学改革的思路和具体措施,在专业人才培养方案、课程建设、师资队伍培养、实训基地建设、实训任务书设计等方面,更加契合专业链人才需求,同时,焕发钳工教师的活力,促进教师成长和专业发展。 This article analyzes the current application status of assembly fitters in intelligent manufacturing,and explores the necessity and feasibility of reforming traditional assembly fitter training teaching in the context of new engineering disciplines.Based on the current situation,the author first conducts a detailed analysis of the development of traditional assembly fitters,the work content of complex assembly fitters,and the need to master new technologies.Then,the author explores the reasonable use of industrial robots,machine vision,force control,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things and other technologies to achieve intelligent assembly,effectively reducing repeated physical labor,damage to human body in harsh environments,low artificial efficiency,safety hazards,and many other problems,The effective data of intelligent assembly process further promotes the optimization of assembly process flow,and the repeated industrial data promotes the scientific and reasonable process flow.Finally,the ideas and specific measures for the reform of traditional assembly fitter practical training teaching are proposed.In terms of professional talent training programs,curriculum construction,teacher team training,practical training base construction,and practical training task book design,it is more in line with the needs of professional chain talents.At the same time,it revitalizes the vitality of fitter teachers and promotes their growth and professional development.
