摘要
高职塑料模课程改革,重构原有课程,引用企业真实案例,项目贯穿,按照从易到难的顺序,分3个阶段,每个学期实施一个阶段的完整教学流程。重构的内容分为塑料理论、塑件结构设计、注射模结构CAD、模具CAE分析、塑件成型、模具调试等模块,在每个模块的教学环节,教师识别并提取数字化技能点,制定数字化技能要求。融入与数字化相关的思政案例,采用线上线下混合式教学,实行校内校外岗位实训,改革教学评价,增加数字化技能的评价比重。通过改革,在教师、课程、教材、实训基地等五金建设中取得了明显成效,学生的数字化技能得到了企业认可。
The reform of the plastic mold course in higher vocational education involves restructuring the original curriculum,citing real cases from enterprises,and implementing a complete teaching process in three stages,progressing from easy to difficult,with one stage implemented each semester.The content of the restructuring is divided into modules such as plastic theory,plastic structure design,injection mold structure CAD,mold CAE analysis,plastic molding,mold debugging,etc.In the teaching process of each module,teachers identify and extract digital skill points,and formulate digital skill requirements.Integrating ideological and political cases related to digitalization,adopting a blended online and offline teaching approach,implementing on-campus and off-campus job training,reforming teaching evaluation,and increasing the proportion of digital skills evaluation.Through reform,significant results have been achieved in various aspects such as teachers,courses,textbooks,and training bases,and students'digital skills have been recognized by enterprises.
