摘要
为了提升轨道车辆铝合金模具的制造精度,采用快速成型法(RP法)进行制造工艺分析,通过有限元分析、实时监控与自动补偿策略对精度进行控制。研究表明,结合动态仿真、温度场与应力场的耦合模型,能有效减少误差累积,使精度合格率达到98%。该技术在提高制造精度、优化生产效率和减少成本方面具有显著优势。
In order to improve the manufacturing accuracy of aluminum alloy molds for rail vehicles,rapid prototyping(RP)method is used for manufacturing process analysis,and the accuracy is controlled through finite element analysis,real-time monitoring,and automatic compensation strategy.Research has shown that combining dynamic simulation,temperature field,and stress field coupling models can effectively reduce error accumulation,with an accuracy qualification rate of 98%.This technology has significant advantages in improving manufacturing accuracy,optimizing production efficiency,and reducing costs.
