通过分析沉槽的形状和尺寸要求,选择合适的刀具和加工策略,进而详细介绍了堆芯支承沉槽的数控加工方法。利用三维软件进行数控编程,并针对沉槽的特殊形状和高精度要求,制订了详细的加工步骤和刀路编辑方案。介绍了如何通过坐标系转换来适应沉槽的加工需求,并最终实现了产品的高精度加工。不仅解决了堆芯支承沉槽的加工难题,还为类似复杂特征的数控加工提供了宝贵的经验和解决方案。
