摘要
在糖厂的生产过程中,蔗渣和煤粉作为主要燃料被广泛应用于锅炉系统中。然而,这种传统燃料组合不仅存在能源利用效率低下的问题,还带来了一系列环境污染和设备磨损的挑战。从糖厂蔗渣煤粉锅炉系统理论基础出发,对蔗渣煤粉锅炉的燃烧室、热交换系统、控制系统进行了设计,并分析了蔗渣煤粉锅炉的运行技术,为糖厂的可持续发展提供了理论和实践依据。
In the production process of sugar mills,bagasse and coal powder are widely used as the main fuels in boiler systems.However,this traditional fuel combination not only has the problem of low energy utilization efficiency,but also brings a series of challenges such as environmental pollution and equipment wear.Then will start from the theoretical foundation of the bagasse coal powder boiler system in a sugar factory,and analyze the operation technology of the bagasse coal powder boiler by designing the combustion chamber,heat exchange system,and control system of the bagasse coal powder boiler,providing theoretical and practical basis for the sustainable development of the sugar factory.
