摘要
阐述了机械设备自动化在包装工程领域的应用,分析了自动化技术如何推动包装机械向高效稳定的方向发展。随着市场需求的迅速增长,产品包装的重要性日益凸显,包装工程不仅涉及材料科学、机械制造、计算机技术等多学科交叉,还对包装机械的自动化提出了更高要求。通过引入自动化运行机制,包装机械的输送、控制、显示、诊断等多个环节得以优化,实现了包装过程的智能化与连续化。
This study focuses on the application of mechanical equipment automation in the field of packaging engineering,and analyzes how automation technology promotes the development of packaging machinery towards high efficiency and stability.With the rapid growth of market demand,the importance of product packaging is becoming increasingly prominent.Packaging engineering not only involves interdisciplinary fields such as materials science,mechanical manufacturing,and computer technology,but also puts higher requirements on the automation of packaging machinery.By introducing an automated operating mechanism,the transportation,control,display,diagnosis,and other aspects of packaging machinery have been optimized,achieving intelligence and continuity in the packaging process.
