摘要
在模具设计中,夹紧装置设计以及其夹紧力的计算是一项重要内容。探讨了夹紧装置的组成以及在模具设计中对夹紧装置的基本要求,阐述了夹紧力方向、大小的确定原则以及设计中的注意事项,并介绍了几种典型加工所需理论夹紧力的分析计算方法,简要介绍了斜楔夹紧机构和偏心夹紧机构两种常用的基本夹紧结构夹紧力计算、夹紧设计以及应用注意事项等,以期为模具设计提供理论依据。
In mold design,the design of clamping device and the calculation of its clamping force are important contents.It discusses the composition of clamping devices and the basic requirements for clamping devices in mold design.It elaborates on the principles for determining the direction and magnitude of clamping force,as well as the precautions in design.Several typical analysis and calculation methods for theoretical clamping force required for processing are also introduced,two commonly used basic clamping structures,oblique wedge clamping mechanism and eccentric clamping mechanism,are briefly introduced,including clamping force calculation,clamping design,and application precautions,in order to provide theoretical basis for mold design.
