薄壁件挤压成形过程模具设计

摘要 通过对薄壁件的结构分析,进行薄壁件挤压加工方案的工艺编制与冷挤压模具的结构类型的选择确定,本设计采用的加工工艺是反挤压并进行工件的尺寸加工,依据工件的加工工艺流程,进行模具结构类型的选择,工件的加工质量的效果确定模具最终的结构类型与模具的模架参数,顶出机构、导向机构等设计工作以及选择。最终完成模具的总体设计。 Through the analysis of the structure of thin-walled parts,the process planning of thin-walled part extruding processing and the selection of the structure type of cold extruding die are carried out.The processing technology used in this design is reverse extruding and the size processing of the workpiece is carried out.Based on the processing process flow of the workpiece,the selection of the die structure type is carried out,and the final structure type of the die and the die frame parameters,ejection mechanism and other design work are determined according to the processing quality of the workpiece.And ultimately,the overall design of the die was completed.
