摘要
海上风电具有资源丰富、发电利用小时高、不占用土地和适宜大规模开发的特点,是全球风电发展的最新前沿。而焊接钢套箱具有制造成本低、生产效率高的显著特点,在海工装备制造业中应用广泛。结合实际项目,阐述了海上风电钢套箱详细制作工艺,并且就制造过程中出现的焊接变形、平整度等问题进行实际分析,给出了有效解决方案。
Offshore wind power is characterized by rich resources,high hours of power generation,no land occupation and suitable for large-scale development.It is the latest frontier of global wind power development.The welded steel sleeve has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost and high production efficiency,which is widely used in the Marine equipment manufacturing industry.Combined with the actual project,it expounds the detailed production process of offshore wind power steel casing,and analyzes the welding deformation,flatness and other problems in the manufacturing process,and gives an effective solution.
