摘要
风电塔筒在风力发电机组中发挥着重要作用,这一构件的焊缝质量会直接影响塔筒整体结构强度与运行安全。为保证焊缝质量,通常需要采用超声检测方法,这就对焊缝检测技术提出了较高要求。鉴于此,从风电塔筒焊缝超声检测技术要求入手,探讨了超声检测的技术原理与方法,以期为提升检测精度,确保风电塔筒焊缝的结构安全性奠定一定理论基础。
Wind power tower barrel plays an important role in the wind turbine,and the weld quality of this component will directly affect the overall structural strength and operation safety of the tower drum.In order to ensure the weld quality,the ultrasonic detection method is usually needed,which puts forward higher requirements for the weld detection technology.In view of this,it starts with the technical requirements of ultrasonic detection of wind power tower cylinder welds,and discusses the technical principles and methods of ultrasonic detection,in order to lay a certain theoretical foundation for improving the detection accuracy and ensuring the structural safety of wind power tower cylinder welds.
